Trail Description:
It's been two years since we've visited this verdant woodsy and relatively level trail. It deceptively begins with a quarter mile of open sunny grasslands, but soon enters a dense canopy of trees and ferns alongside Coast Creek which runs to the coast.
About a mile and a half down, an open field and rest rooms provide scenic and biological relief if needed. Unfortunately, few flowers broke up the omnipresent green - as is to be expected this time of year. None-the-less it was well worth taking.
