Trail Description:
This a great coast trail along Santa Maria Beach to interesting sand imbedded geologic formations covered with marine tidal life. Best seen at low tide. The trail is level and about 5 miles round trip. There is a short path up to the coastal trail via old wooden steps with a variety of wildflowers at the end.

Trail Location:
From Bear Valley road, go down Limantour Road to the end. There is a road off to the left. Park at the end. Bathroom available.
