RUSH CREEK
PINHEIRO ROAD

Home

Trail Description:
Pinheiro is a 1.5 mile long fire road on the north east part of Pinheiro Ridge. While predominately grassland, Oaks provide quite a bid of shade along certain sections. Bird viewing is excellent due to the marsh. On this day we had a nice breeze with near perfect temperatures and the background drone of the freeway was quickly forgotten.

Trail Location: See the park page for directions. Parking is at Binford Road, just a few hundred feet from the intersection of Atherton and 101.
